Besides announcing results of the Galaxy Note 7 investigation, Samsung has also revealed more information about the upcoming Galaxy S8. According to Samsung Mobile's chief DJ Koh, the next-generation flagship smartphone won't be unveiled at Mobile World Congress 2017, which will take place in Barcelona between February 27 and March 2.
DJ Koh did not reveal more details, but it is likely that the Galaxy S8 is going to be unveiled at a later date, and not before the MWC 2017.
Another image of the phone has also leaked online, which might be the real deal. Unlike some of the previous renders, the picture leaked by Priceraja shows a phone with various sensors on the front of the phone, including a LED flash and iris scanner. Whether or not the image is legit we can't say.
