LG has started teaser campaign for its flagship smartphone. The company has released a 40-second teaser video in which they interviewed people about their ideal smartphone. The video also ends with the caption "February, 2017," which is a clear sign that LG G6 will be announced at MWC 2017 or earlier.
The exact date was later confirmed by a LG spokesman, who said that the G6 will be officially unveiled at MWC, which kicks off February 27. The video also confirms that LG G6 will have big screen, small body, to be comfortable to use, waterproof and more.
LG Display earlier this week confirmed that the new phone will have a QHD+ LCD screen with a ratio of 18:9.
