Before announcing two new flagship smartphones, Huawei has unveiled a new mid-range smartphone called P8 Lite (2017). The upgraded version of last year's model comes with many improvements, both under the hood and in design. The phone will launch in various EU markets by the end of January priced at €239.
As for the improvements, the device packs a larger 5.2-inch 1080p display, Kirin 655 chip with an octa-core A53 processor and Mali-T830MP2 GPU, 3 GB of RAM, and 16 GB expandable storage. There is also a new 12 MP main camera with a f/2.0 aperture, and an 8 MP selfie snapper, while the battery stayed the same - a non-removable 3,000 mAh unit.
