The Galaxy S8 may not be getting rid of the headphone jack. Images of a case for the phone were posted to Slashleaks and they include a headphone jack cutout, which may be indicative of the phone retaining that component.
It's possible for the renders to be accurate given it's known third-parties may be briefed about a phone's design ahead of its launch. Though that doesn't guarantee the renders were made in accordance with specs provided by Samsung.
Some reports claimed the Galaxy S8 would drop the headphone jack, just like the iPhone 7 and some Android handsets.
The renders also reveal a USB-C port on one side and possibly a space for a microSD slot.
