Last week, Xiaomi launched two new color options for its Redmi Note 4 handset. Now, we are hearing that a new model called Redmi Note 4X is on its way and could be unveiled early in 2017. The new Note 4X is expected to maintain the same design, but get an overhaul under the hood.
Compared to the current Redmi Note 4, which packs Helio X20 processor, 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, the new model will feature 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB storage and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 653. The Redmi 4X may debut as part of Xiaomi's new product showcase at CES 2017.
