If you're getting an Uber ride to someone in your contact's list, the app now lets you set the contact as your destination rather than their manually entered location. This 'Uber to Person' feature simply requires you to sync your contacts list with the app.

Once your contacts are synced, you can begin typing in a name instead of the address itself. Uber will send a location request to the contact and enter their current spot as your destination. The location permission only lasts for 30 minutes.
This feature also automatically sends the contact your estimated time of arrival.
