Lenovo's New ThinkPads Don't Come With Bloatware

Lenovo has introduced a new set of mid-tier ThinkPads and unlike some competing laptops, they'll be bloatware-free. They're running the Signature Edition of Windows 10, which Microsoft promotes as "cleaner" and "faster" given the lack of unnecessary preinstalled software.

As for the specific new models, all of the ThinkPads are running 7th-gen Core processors. The Yoga 370 2-in-1 costs $1,264, has a 13.3-inch 1080p display, weighs 3.2 pounds, and has a 10-hour battery life. It will ship in March.

The laptops are mainly offering moderate performance or component upgrades over their predecessors. For example, the 12-inch X270 offers USB-C and the 15.6-inch T570 offers an optional 4K non-touch display.

Lenovo's least expensive new laptop is the ThinkPad 13, which will be out next month for $674.
