Huawei's latest impressive Honor 8 smartphone has finally received release date for the Nougat update. Android 7.0 Nougat with Huawei's newest EMUI 5.0 user interface will start rolling out sometime in February, but no specific date has been revealed.
The update brings a handful of improvements and new features for the handsets, including better app management, power optimization, notifications update, and more. It will look the same as the Mate 9, which is already running the EMUI 5.0. A few other devices will also receive the same update, including Huawei Mate 8, P9, P9 Plus, P9 Lite, nova and the nova Plus.
