Facebook is trying out a new Messenger feature on desktop: group voice chats. In a bid to further compete against Skype and other messaging services, the social network is testing voice calls with a small group of users. If you're part of the test, your group chats will include a phone icon in the top right.
The same feature was added to Facebook on mobile in April. This is the first time Facebook has brought it to desktop, which will let more group chat members participate at any given time.
