ECS has just unveiled its latest LIVA Z Plus mini PC that packs a few new features and an updated set of specifications compared to its previous Braswell-based models. First of all, the new model features Intel Kaby Lake processor that offers quite a performance bump over its predecessor.
The Plus model comes only a month after the company launched LIVA Z mini PC, which packs Intel's Apollo Lake SoC, but both models look identical. Both are fanless support a VESA mount so you could attach the computer to the back of a display.
Other features include two SO-DIMM slots, an M.2 2242 SSD slot, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, HDMI and mini DisplayPort, three USB 3.0 ports and a USB 3.0 Type-C port, and 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0.
