Google’s Gboard now lets you send customised GIFs

Google’s Gboard is getting a fun update for Android users. The keyboard will now allow users to make customized GIFs. For the same, you will need version 7.2 of the application. The feature is on the Google Pixel as spotted by Android Police.
To create a GIF, you will need to open the keyboard’s GIF interface and then pick the “My GIFs” option.

You can record a short video using this, minimum three seconds in length, to make into a GIF. There’s also the option to add filters, breaking news, question marks and
more.
Once created, a GIF will remain in the MYGIFs tab, so that you can use it in future. If you don’t see the feature yet, you can manually check for the Gboard update on the Play Store.

Along with customized GIFs, Gboard also has a library of pre-created GIFs that you can use. The GIFs all work on any app that supports sharing them.
Similarly, there are also more stickers available in Gboard, including blob emoji.
