Xiaomi has now announced that it has partnered with HRX and Hrithik Roshan, who is one of the most famous actors in India, to bring a new fitness band called Mi Band HRX Edition. The new device allegedly offers better tracking algorithm for more accurate monitoring and improved battery life, which now lasts up to 23 days instead of 20 days.
Unlike the regular Mi Band 2, the Mi Band HRX Edition does not have a heart rate sensor. It still packs a 0.42-inch OLED screen with scratch-resistant glass that is also IP67-rated, has Bluetooth 4.0 and a pedometer. The price of the HRX Edition is INR1,299 ($20) and will be available from September 18.
