To catch up with competition, Samsung has now released a new software update for its Gear Fit 2 wearable that comes with a new feature. Since many wearables already support continuous heart rate monitoring, Samsung has decided to add that feature its wearable.
In addition to the continuous heart rate monitoring, the South Korean company has also unveiled a new tool called Heart Rate Zone that splits 5 different heart rate zones. Other improvements include a new Schedule and Weather apps, watch faces and other bug fixes and improvements. It weighs in at 18.96 MB and should reach more users as we speak.
