Ahead of one of the most anticipated phone events of 2017, HP has announced that it is expanding its business laptop portfolio with two new models. Two new EliteBook PCs, the 1040 G4 and the x360 1020 G2, are aimed at the business market with slim, stylish design and decent specifications.
The HP EliteBook x360 1020 G2 features slim design that's MIL-STD 810G tested for shock and drop resistance. It has a 12.5-inch display with 1080p or 4K resolution and is powered by up to Intel Core i7-7600U processor with vPro, up to 16 GB of DDR3-1866 memory, up to 1 TB of solid state storage and a 49.28 Wh battery that holds up to 15.5 hours.
The HP EliteBook 1040 G4 is a more powerful version with up to an Intel Core i7-7820HQ quad-core Kaby Lake processor. It features a 14-inch 1080p or 2160p display, up to 16 GB of DDR4-2133 memory and up to 1 TB of solid state storage.
Both models will be available starting this month priced at $1,379 for the base model.
