Essential has recently started charging credit cards those that pre-ordered the PH-1 smartphone, but customers have been very angry because the company didn't provide any shipping proof. The company has now confirmed that the Essential PH-1 will start reaching customers on August 31, as the phones are still in transit from China and will arrive in the United States in a few days.
This is again another delay, as the initial shipment information claimed that the Essential Phone units would be delivered by FedEx on August 30. If everything else goes right, the smartphones will finally be in your hands by the end of the month.
