Many rumours pointed out that a new flagship Gear S4 smartwatch is about to be announced at the IFA 2017 trade show, but instead Samsung announced the Gear Sport. The smartwatch still has the similar design from the Gear S3, but comes with some new improvements.
The watch has the same water resistance and swimming tracking support like the Gear Fit 2 Pro, as well as the MIL-STD-810G for durability. It comes in Black and Blue colors, but the 20 mm straps can be changed. Expected price tag is €349 and will go on sale in Europe in October.
