In collaboration with Capcom, Nintendo recently announced a special edition Switch console called Monster Hunter XX. The console comes with different color design and a number of other accessories, including a production booklet, keychain, poster, carrying case, and soundtrack CD.
However, if you were hoping to purchase this limited edition in the US, it looks like you won't be able to do that. Capcom has now confirmed to Gamespot that Monster Hunter XX for Nintendo Switch will not be coming to US stores. Since the console is not region-locked, you could still import it.
