One of the main limitations with Windows 10 S is that it requires the use of Microsoft Edge and Bing by default. Although you can install other browsers, the OS will continue to direct you to Edge when opening pages.
Microsoft says you "are able to download another browser that might be available from the Windows Store," yet Edge will "remain the default."
And when you are using Edge or Internet Explorer, Bing will be forced upon you. Other search engines can be used by default with alternative browsers as long as you're fine with the aforementioned limitations.
