Uber's board will learn about the findings of Eric Holder's investigation into the company's work environment this week. Holder is the former Attorney General of the US and he was brought in by Uber to investigate after a former employee claimed discrimination and harassment are rampant.
Since the investigation began, Holder's team has been reporting to an Uber board subcommittee weekly. The final results will be presented to the entire board.
Included in the subcommittee were Arianna Huffington, David Bonderman, and Bill Gurley.
Holder is working with Tammy Albarran. Both work at Covington & Burley, a law firm
