Xiaomi has been very popular in China, but its latest flagship smartphone has been breaking records. The Xiaomi Mi 6 has sold out in the first flash in seconds, and the second flash sale is about to open in a few days. However, the question is how many phones will be available as the company appears to be struggling with supply issues.
As per MyDrivers report, the Mi 6 is facing shortages of its processors and the ceramic shell on the rear. As reported earlier, phones that are using Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor will face shortages as Qualcomm is favoring Samsung to stock up its devices with the SoC.
The company is also facing problems with the ceramic shell that's offered in special editions of the phone, which is also in short supply. All of this suggest that future flash sales will continue to sell out quickly.
