Preorders for the unlocked Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus have begun in the United States. Samsung had previously stated the phones would become available sometime in May. Now, Samsung has confirmed they'll be offered on May 31.
Consumers can place their preorder at Best Buy or on Samsung.com. The 64 GB S8 unlocked model costs $724.99, while the S8 Plus with 64 GB costs $824.99. Both are being offered in Midnight Black.
International unlocked models of both phones have been available from Amazon in the United States since the phones were first released.
