Blizzard's Overwatch has gained at least 5 million players since January. The game is now sitting at more than 30 million people. The registered player count doesn't fully match the number of copies sold, but it's a good indicator of how popular Overwatch is.
25 million registered players was reached in January and Blizzard announced 20 million in November of last year.
The shooter has proven to be a very popular title. It continues to keep players interested with the help of new characters and temporary events, such as the ongoing Uprising event.
