It was believed that the recent announcement by OnePlus could be about the new flagship smartphone, but instead the company unveiled new limited color option for OnePlus 3T. The successor to the OnePlus 3T is still in the works, but the development might be near its end.
The handset has now been spotted in the database of China's Radio Regulation Authority. Like rumoured, the phone will skip the number "4". Instead, it will be called OnePlus 5 and will come with a model number A5000. For comparison, the OnePlus 3 had the model number A3000 and the 3T was A3010. Unfortunately, the listing didn't reveal anything else.
