To mark its first anniversary, HTC has announced two important things today - a subscription option for the virtual reality content distribution platform and a price cut for the Vive virtual reality headset. The Viveport subscription costs $6.99 and will be available starting April 5.
For $7, every subscriber will be able to download up to five titles every month or trade them out for up to five new titles every month. To celebrate the one-year anniversary of its headset, HTC is going to sell the Vive headset for $100 off its regular $799 retail price.
