Best Buy will begin selling unlocked Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus units in May, with preorders kicking off on May 9. The retailer posted listings for the upcoming unlocked models and has confirmed the listings are accurate.
With the preorders beginning in early May, it appears the unlocked version of the Galaxy S8 will be out relatively early. It took until June for the Galaxy S7 to get an unlocked model.
Best Buy has listed the Galaxy S8 for $724.99, while the S8 Plus will sell for $824.99.
