Owners of Xperia Z5 devices have been reporting issues during incoming calls since the Android 7.0 Nougat update in January. Reportedly, users can't hear other person during calls regardless of sound level, and are also experiencing low sound while listening music.
Sony has now confirmed the issue that is plaguing the Xperia Z5 series devices and will release a software update. The update is set to arrive next month, mid-April to be precise, and the only workaround until then is to perform a factory data reset and hopefully the issue will be fixed.
