Huawei's CEO Confirms To Announce New Smartwatch At MWC 2017

Huawei has two big announcements ready for upcoming Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona. After the company confirmed it will unveil the long-awaited flagships Huawei P10 and Huawei P10 Plus, Richard Yu, Huawei's CEO, announced today on Weibo that it has another surprise - a new smartwatch with Android Wear 2.0.
The posted image doesn't reveal much, except it hints to a sporty device with tag line "Made for free spirits." The smartwatch in question should be the Huawei Watch 2, which will have mobile connectivity and even eSIM availability, but no specs are confirmed at the moment.
