Samsung Releases Nougat Update For Galaxy S7 And S7 Edge

Many manufacturers have released Nougat-based updates for their flagship smartphones. Samsung was one of a few that wanted to wait and test the update thoroughly. Starting today, the company has finally released Android 7.0 Nougat for Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge phones.
The Nougat firmware was available as beta on these devices since November last year. Those who have been running the beta firmware will also be the first to receive the stable version, which is 215 MB in size. The update also includes latest January 2017 security patch.
