Motorola's budget Moto E3 and Moto E3 Power smartphones are currently running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the version they arrived with. The list of smartphones that are said to get the Nougat update never mentioned the two smartphones, and the company has now confirmed the obvious - the Moto E3 and Moto E3 Power won't be updated to the latest Google operating system.
The company's official India customer help website clearly said that the handsets will remain on the version they arrived with. And while the Moto E3 and E3 Power are stuck on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, many other Motorola smartphones have already received the update.
