Officials with the US border patrol are using data from Facebook to figure out if green card holders can re-enter the US, claims immigration lawyer Mana Yegani. Following President Trump's executive order on immigration, border patrol agents have been letting people through on a case-by-case basis.
Yegani and others say that when someone from a country listed in the executive order tries to enter the US, their phone may be checked by agents.
