First Nokia Smartphone Gets Certified

With CES 2017 just around the corner, the Finnish company HMD Global confirmed that it won't make any official announcement there, but it is making its comeback a month later, in February, at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 with a bunch of new smartphones.
Now, a new Nokia smartphone with a model number TA-1000 has passed China Compulsory Certification (3C). The listing doesn't reveal much, so we don't know whether this is D1 or E1 handset. The only thing revealed by the listing at 3C is the fact that the phone features 5V/2A charging support, suggesting that it is rather a lower-end device.
