When the Galaxy Note 7 incident happened, Samsung confirmed that no products are canceled, but that there could be some delays. That has just happened with the Galaxy A and Galaxy C Pro series. Both lineups were expected to be announced by the end of 2016, but that is not going to happen.
Luckily, the new release date isn't far away, as they are expected to be announced in mid-January. The Galaxy C5 Pro and Galaxy C7 Pro will be announced on January 21, while the Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 should be unveiled around the same date, but no specifics were revealed.
